Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg
Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg is an Anglo-Belgian contemporary artist, born in Brussels in 1968 and raised in London, where she studied Fine Arts at Chelsea School of Art. In 2003 she moved from London to Brussels to establish her new studio and participated in the Venice Biennale the same year.
A recognised text and statement artist, much of her work is built around words, phrases, and strong messages about identity, resilience, power, and justice.
Her paintings, sculptures, neon works, and wearable art are instantly recognisable through bold colours, graphic lines, and recurring symbols such as hearts, roses, and phrases like "Love Always Wins." She has also collaborated with global brands including Coca-Cola, BIC, ABSOLUT, Red Cross and the Bicester Collection.
